Philip Wildbur BA (Hons) FCMA, MIod, CMI, IoBC, CIMAWith formal financial training with a major UK PLC Phil undertook a management buyout at the age of 24. Following turnaround and exit from the MBO roles undertaken have ranged from overseas strategic management lecturing to interim Managing Director roles in large limited company rescues. As a “hands on” consultant Phil has undertaken numerous bank and management team appointed turnarounds across a wide range of sectors and company sizes. |

Judith Thomas-Jones CIPFAJudith qualified as an accountant in 1992 and has a broad experience base within both public and private sector to Finance Director level.Judith joined Turnaround Solutions in May 2005 and has led on a number of high profile projects including acquisitions, strategic reviews and the establishment of financial control systems. Previously working on a twelve-month project in Houston, Texas Judith has excellent interactional accountancy skills. She is also a fluent Welsh speaker. |

Darren Davies ACCA MBADarren joined the team from a regional venture capital fund where he managed a significant investmen portfolio. Darren has developed a broad experience base across a diverse mix of market sectors and, having worked with both Welsh Assembly Government and Welsh Development Agency, has particular expertise in public sector funding opportunities. Recent turnarounds have included prepacked administration procedures, equity sales and full rebanking requirements. |

Alan BrownbillAlan has significant hands on experience in all aspects of accountancy and financial management and is able to approach any problem from a practical perspective. Alan has over 15 years experience within the manufacturing and distribution industries working with a range of companies from £5m turnover to those in excess of £100m turnover. He joined Turnaround Solutions in 2002 and has led on a number of high profile business turnaround and restructuring projects. Currently undertaking three part time Financial Controller roles Alan is well versed in cash management in distressed and/or CVA situations. |

Jennifer LangdonFormal training undertaken within Invest Wales and Welsh Assembly Government. At Invest Wales Jennifer undertook detailed analysis and assessment of infrastructure funding proposals. Jennifer has significant experience of public sector funding opportunities which includes RSA/AIG, WEFO funding, DTI SFI funding, Tourism and Agrifood support. |

John BroughtonJohn joined the team in December 2007. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Thomson McLintock & Co then moving to the Stock Exchange and N M Rothschild & Sons subsequently concentrating on a career in the SME sector. As well as the day to day running of companies he was intimately involved in the acquisition and disposal of companies and a number of joint ventures. In addition to this front line commercial expertise he has extensive experience in legal matters, company law and contracts with a particular interest in due diligence. |

Kelly WrightKelly joins Turnaround Solutions following 9 years within the banking industry the majority of which was with HSBC Bank plc. Kelly has significant experience in financial services and specifically business banking. |

Nick BellNick Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 and has held the position of Finance Director in a number of companies, predominantly in the manufacturing and construction sectors. He has experience of aquisitions and disposals as well s refinancing, treasury and general financial management. |

Dermot GarveyA qualified chartered accountant, Dermot has been involved in restructuring and corporate finance for 20 years. He has worked in the restructuring department of a major UK bank, specialising in turnarounds of quoted companies and private equity backed businesses. He is an experienced private equity and mezzanine investor, making successful investments into a range of UK SME’S and sitting on the company boards to assist in strategy and development. Latterly he was Head of Corporate Finance for a leading North West practice and acted for a range of overseas and UK companies and banks in investigative, restructuring and advisory capacities. He has a hands on approach and focuses upon working capital management and business controls. |

John Gregson MBA ACMAJohn has over 30 years experience in industry and professional services working as a management consultant for Deloitte and in Corporate Finance at BDO Stoy Hayward. John has worked on strategy and performance improvement in both larger companies and SME’s with a focus on both operational and financial issues. He has extensive board level experience in the private and public sectors dealing with strategy and major project development. John’s industry specific experience covers manufacturing, Fast Moving Consumer Goods financial services and professional services both as a line manager and a consultant. At Deloitte, in addition to private sector clients, John worked on capital project development, including PFI and PPP, and operational improvement projects in Central Government, Local Government and the NHS. John is also a trained commercial negotiator with experience on capital projects ranging in value from £25 million to £750 million. |
